These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, memberships, consulting services, and product purchases provided by ReinventwithKarenMichelle ("we," "us," or "our"), based in New York. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Wellness Coaching & Medical Disclaimer

Non-Medical Services: Karen Michelle is a Health and Wellness Coach. Services, consulting, and content provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

No Professional-Client Relationship: Our services do not constitute medical, dietetic, or mental health therapy and do not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Consult Your Physician: Always seek the advice of your physician before starting any new supplement, diet, or exercise program. Statements regarding supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2. Memberships & Automatic Renewals (NY GBL § 527-A)

Subscription Terms: By purchasing a membership, you authorize ReinventwithKarenMichelle to charge your payment method the specified fee on a recurring basis monthly until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your online account dashboard on our website. To avoid the next scheduled charge, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

3. Consulting Services

Appointments: Consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

No Guarantees: While we provide tools for wellness, we do not guarantee specific health or lifestyle outcomes.

4. Supplement Sales & Store Policy

Returns: Unopened and sealed supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Opened supplements cannot be returned due to safety regulations.

NY Age Restrictions: Per NY GBS § 391-oo, supplements marketed for weight loss or muscle building will not be sold to anyone under 18. We reserve the right to use third-party age verification.

Shipping: Orders requiring age verification must be signed for by an adult (18+) with valid photo ID upon delivery.

5. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

ReinventwithKarenMichelle is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases when you click our recommended product links. This does not increase the price you pay.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including videos, PDFs, and coaching materials, is the property of ReinventwithKarenMichelle. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. You may not record, share, or resell our content.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service or product in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Onondaga County, NY.
